By using Software & AI Consulting or booking a free discovery call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Discovery calls

Free discovery calls are introductory conversations to explore fit, scope, and whether we are the right team for your project. They are not a commitment to purchase services. Advice shared on calls is informational and based on the consultant's experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job offers, funding, or business results.

Scheduling

• Discovery calls are scheduled through our booking flow and Cal.com
• You are responsible for joining on time with a working connection
• Reschedule or cancel through the Cal.com link in your confirmation email

Confidentiality

We treat call discussions as confidential between you and the consultant, except where disclosure is required by law. Do not share sensitive credentials or unlawful material during calls.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Software & AI Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from discovery calls or use of this website.
