This is the fastest way to run a real job search without spending your nights filling out applications one by one. Upload your resume to Kimi, a free ChatGPT alternative with agent tools built in, and it finds real openings, scores your fit, writes a tailored resume for each one, then applies to all of them for you. First step: open Kimi and upload your resume.
What this does
Kimi is a free ChatGPT alternative with an Agent Swarm tab and a Desktop Agent built in. Give it your resume once, and it searches LinkedIn for real openings, scores how well you match each one, writes a tailored ATS optimized resume for every match, then opens each application and applies for you.
How to run it
- Open Kimi and go to the Agent Swarm tab
- Upload your resume as a PDF or Word doc
- Paste the job search prompt below, filling in your target role and industry
- Wait about 20 minutes while Kimi searches, scores, and writes 50 tailored resumes
- Download the Excel sheet it hands back, it has all 50 jobs, application links, match scores, and resumes
- Open Kimi's Desktop Agent and upload that same Excel sheet
- Paste the apply prompt below and let the agent apply to all 50 jobs automatically
The two prompts
Copy the first one into the Agent Swarm tab. Once you have the Excel sheet, copy the second one into the Desktop Agent.
Here's my resume. I'm targeting [ROLE] in [INDUSTRY]. Find 50 matching jobs on LinkedIn posted in the last 7 days, score how well I match each one, and generate a tailored ATS optimized resume for each one.
Apply to all the jobs in the sheet. Customize each application based on the job description.
